Takeoff Surf School was founded with a simple mission: to share a passion for surfing with others. Operating on some of the most beautiful beaches of the Lisbon region — Cascais, Guincho, and Costa da Caparica — they provide a safe, fun, and educational environment for surfers of all levels.
The school prioritises safety with small groups, surf helmets, experienced staff, and new equipment. All instructors are certified with years of experience teaching surfing to beginners and advanced surfers alike. High-quality surfboards and wetsuits are provided for all students.
Takeoff offers kids surf lessons, group lessons, private one-to-one coaching, kids summer camps with daily transportation, a weekly surf academy training programme, and surf experiences including corporate events, bachelor parties, and team building sessions. The school is a licensed operator (RNAAT 246/2024, FPS 703).
